This consists of a thorough review of your current health concerns and goals, family health history, and Chinese pulse and tongue diagnosis. The evaluation is usually combined with an acupuncture session. At the end of your first visit an individualized treatment plan will be developed. This includes a recommended treatment schedule, lifestyle counseling, dietary therapy, and qi gong instruction, as needed.
